kitchen facilities (ie oven, utensils) good, laundry/dryer in room good, bed big and comfortable, aircon good, very close to supermarket, bottle store, variety of restaurants and tram lines making it handy to get around Melbourne and airport. Staff very pleasant and helpful. great to have a bath in unit. carparking option handy but would be good to have a cleaning bay. overall cleanliness and modern furniture great

Very spacious well appointed studio room, clean, nice carpet. Bed extremely comfortable. Air con worked very well on cool & heat .. it’s melb .. we needed both! 😂 Very easy to run. Cute little outdoor area for catching the morning sun. This room completely exceeded our expectations. Next to big supermarket, a pharmacy and several fantastic cafes within 2 min walk. Good coffee everywhere! On a tram line. Very friendly & helpful staff. Cannot fault. The Indian restaurant nearby fantastic curries too. Very good rate .. excellent value for money. Lots of ticks from us.. Room 106 with street view.

Everything was clean and tidy. It was quite spacious and very well equipped. Only stayed one night so I didn’t have time to fully embrace every aspect of the place however I was quite impressed with everything that I saw

I liked every bit of this hotel I stayed in the apartments suite and it was beautiful. It was spacious. It was very clean. It had everything you needed. There is nothing I can really say bad about it. The staff are excellent and very polite. I will definitely go back to this hotel again it was a very good experience.

The location to everything you need is great coles is next door and there is a restaurant next door that the food was exceptional and so was the service, there is heaps of good restaurants and food places, pharmacy, fuel station

Great location, well serviced with supermarket and local shops - green grocer, butcher, coffee shops, bakeries etc. Lots of restaurants and highly recommend Demazzi and Hugos. Public transport close by with access to shops in Niddre, Moonee Ponds and the city.

I liked that the emergency exit lights worked on floor 1 however the one down near the gym was not and that concerned me as part of As/NZ 3000 that wasn't to a standard. Maybe use the Stanilite brand as it worked. I liked location. Nicole the cleaner was lovely. However room wasn't cleaned or change of towels throughout the weekend but that's OK I just washed them in the room ourselves.

Location was perfect. Plenty of places to eat. Easy access to tram into the city. Room was great Staff very helpful.
